DATE:  July 15, 2010

1.  Reference:  Items 2.61--2.63 of my web log at http://ufoview.posterous.com - in which I recount certain Bragg-based soldiers' nighttime encounter with crew members of an (alleged) alien spacecraft that had landed on Bragg soil during the 1980s.

2.  Recently, the principal whistleblower in this case, "Bill," contacted me with an additional detail that prompts me to request that you conduct an immediate, comprehensive inspector-general investigation into this incident's scope, principals, activity, and outcome.  The detail consists of source "Rob's" revelation that some of the responding soldiers at the scene later incurred a simultaneous episode of intense vomiting (presumably directly related to their proximity with the landed craft/crew).  This harmful reaction raises the prospect that insufficient (and/or negligent) precaution was taken to protect the responders from such endangerment.  Does the responders' reaction point to radiation poisoning or some exotic form of bacterial contamination?  Did all the victims recover fully from their affliction?  What degree of fatality and/or other disability ensued from the affliction?  What codified "lessons learned" from the event have any Army officials instituted to prevent or minimize such harm to any responders in future such incidents of extraterrestrial contact?  To what extent has Army policy/practice attempted to conceal this event and its aftermath from public view/discussion - and on what authority?

3.  I ask that your investigation fully address these questions (plus all other related ones that may surface during its progress) - and that you promptly send me a copy of your resultant report of findings, conclusions, and recommendations.

4.  By USPS mail, I'm sending to you a signed printout of this e-formatted letter.
