TO: Commander
ATTN: Freedom of Information Manager;
344 CS/SCXP (FOIA)
30 73rd Street North
Malmstrom Air Force Base, MT 59402-3235 FROM: Larry W. Bryant
3518 Martha Custis Drive
Alexandria, VA 22302 DATE: September 30, 2010 1. References: a. The Sept. 27, 2010, press conference held at the National Press Club in Washington, D. C., by several witnesses privy to certain cases of UFO intrusion upon restricted-access nuclear-weapons sites at several USAF installations, including Malmstrom Air Force Base. One of the witness affidavits - submitted by former Malmstrom strategic missile combat crewman Robert L. Salas - describes a March 1967 incident in which a "large glowing, pulsating red oval shaped object" apparently hovered long enough to disable (simultaneously) 10 Minuteman missiles within his security crew's purview. b. My recently posted classified advertisement titled $1,000 REWARD FOR EXPOSING MORE SMOKING-GUN EVIDENCE OF UFO INTRUSION AT MALMSTROM AFB (whose text from the web site of http://www.classifiedads.com/announcements-ad3367563.htm is quoted below). 2. This freedom-of-information request seeks from your command a photocopy of the totality of records within the following two categories: a. Those USAF-housed records documenting any and all such UFO intrusions occurring at/near Malmstrom AFB since March 1967, up to the present time. b. Those USAF-housed records consisting of any and all readiness plans for dealing with UFO intrusions at Malmstrom and at any other such USAF installations; operations-security standing operating procedure vis-a-vis UFO intrusions; UFO-encounter investigative requirements specified by the USAF Office of Special Investigations; witness-debriefing protocol for preparing and issuing UFO-intrusion "incident reports"; and training literature used by first-responder personnel tasked with countering and recording UFO intrusions. 3. Since I submit this request as a representative of the news media (principally as a columnist for the newsstand periodical UFO Magazine), I expect you to waive all records-search/review fees incident to your fulfilling this request. 4. By USPS mail, I'm sending to you a signed printout of this e-formatted letter.

$1,000 Reward for Exposing More Smoking-Gun Evidence of UFO Intrusion at Malmstrom AFB In their testimony delivered in a widely publicized press conference on Sept. 27, 2010, at the National Press Club in Washington, D. C., several former military personnel detailed their knowledge of reported UFO intrusion at certain installations' nuclear-weapons storage/launch sites, dating as far back as the mid-sixties. If you, or someone you know, have verifiable evidence revealing even more-startling evidence than what former USAF officer Robert L. Salas has exposed about the March 1967 UFO intrusion at Malmstrom Air Force Base, Montana, you may qualify for my $1,000 whistleblower reward. Since the intrusive UFOnauts felt it important to hover over (and to disable) 10 Minuteman missiles during that fateful (and fearful) night in March 1967, they may have found it necessary, thereafter, to make one or more return visits. If so, I'm particularly eager to gain access to any USAF jet-interceptor gun-camera film recording those visits. Such smoking-gun evidence could ignite a pertinent congressional committee's decision to exercise its subpoena power in accounting for this phase of the UFO-E.T. presence. Whatever "insider info" you choose to share with me about this case will be presented to a panel of expert evaluators, who'll decide whether your submitted material merits the $1k reward. Please contact me as follows: Larry W. Bryant; 3518 Martha Custis Drive, Alexandria, VA 22302; phone: 703-931-3341; e-mail: overtci@cavtel.net . Meantime, for the text of my related FOIA request to Malmstrom AFB's commander, see Item 2.79 of my blog at http://ufoview.posterous.com .
