Alexandria, VA 22302 DATE: June 27, 2010 1. Reference: My recently posted classified advertisement BLOW THE WHISTLE ON THE UFO WHITEWASH AT WHITEMAN AFB, MISSOURI! (whose text from the web site of http://www.classifiedads.com/announcements-ad2982399.htm is quoted below). 2. Under terms of the U. S. Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request that you send me a copy of all Whiteman-generated and Whiteman-received records pertaining to the 1984 UFO-intrusion incident described in the advertisement referenced above - said records to include the following material: - Correspondence (including letters/memos/notices/alerts, faxed documents, and teletype messages); - Incident reports (including those sent to/processed by any element of the U. S. Air Force Office of Special Investigations, to include those reviewd by any Whiteman OSI liaison); - Technical-intelligence estimates, analyses, and findings; - Counterintelligence instructions and methodology arising from the incident in question. - Motion-picture film of the UFO as detected via ground-based and airborne equipment/personnel; - Debriefing statements obtained from any and all firsthand witnesses to the reported UFO's activity, time line, and reactions; - After-action reports by any and all investigatory personnel; - Standing Operating Procedure for handling all such UFO-intrusion incidents currently and in the future. 3. If your ensuing records search in compliance with this request should determine that the sought-for records have undergone transfer to a records-holding area or other archival site, please forward this request to that site for its fulfillment. If these permanent, historically valuable records have somehow met with destruction, please send me a copy of any and all authorization documents pertaining to that destruction. 4. Since I submit this request as a representative of the news media (principally as a columnist for the newsstand periodical UFO Magazine), I expect you to waive all records-search/review fees incident to your processing this request. 5. By USPS mail, I'm sending to you a signed printout of this e-formatted letter.

Air Force enlisted men - Dale Hogan and John Paul George - had a harrowing early-morning encounter with a large, dark-colored aerial disc that had intruded upon the security of the nuclear-weapons storage area of Whiteman Air Force Base, Missouri (not far from Kansas City, Mo.). According to former Airman 1st Class Hogan's account now posted at researcher Linda Moulton Howe's web log ( http://www.earthfiles.com/news.php?ID=1725 ), the two security specialists witnessed the alien craft's hours-long activity centered upon two storage igloos at the base - activity that had entailed (1) electromagnetic interference with the airmen's patrol vehicle and radio communications; (2) the craft's emission of a laserlike beam of light intent on surveying the igloos' contents; (3) a series of cat-and-mouse airborne interaction between the saucer and a few jet interceptors dispatched to the scene; (4) the ground-based photographic documentation of the event by a specially equipped, mobile UFO-oriented team of responder personnel; and (5) the subsequent harsh interrogation and life-threatening treatment of Hogan and George by certain yet-to-be-identified parties (their methodology apparently including NO waterboarding but nevertheless proving to be just as effective as that military persuader/intimidator of choice). As I pursue full freedom-of-information access to all USAF-housed records pertaining to this unbridled display of UFO intervention/intent at one of our nation's ultra-sensitive facilities, I invite other prospective UFO-E.T.-coverup whistleblowers to go on record with any evidence corroborating Hogan's account. Please send all related documentary evidence and personal testimony (especially deathbed confessions) to: Larry W.
