1. Reference: my classified advertisement posted at
http://www.classifiedads.com/announcements-ad4486513.htm - the text of
which is printed below.

2. This FOIA request, which I submit as a representative of the news
media (RNM), derives mainly from remote viewer (RV) Joseph W.
McMoneagle's account of his RV session in which one or more NASA
personnel played a key role.

3. Accordingly, I hereby request that you send me a photocopy of the
following records:

(a) Any and all graphic representations of the Martian surface
structures described by McMoneagle based on his RV perception of the
geographical coordinates listed by the involved NASA personnel;

(b) Any and all correspondence, memoranda for record, memoranda
of telephone conversations, tasking documents, minutes of meetings,
action-officer notes, temporary-duty reports, electronic-tracking
data, photographic-interpretation/analysis reports, and case-study
reports deriving from any NASA employee's participation in the RV
session in question.

(c) Any and all contracts (past and current) between NASA and
the Monroe Institute as regards any RV experiments, applications,
protocols, projects, studies, consultations, and plans;

(d) Any and all other NASA-documented activity (past and current)
pertaining to RV plans, operations, processes, principals (e.g.,
participants, observers, recorders), and funding.

4. If none of this material currently is housed at a NASA component
(including any retired-records repository), I ask that you refer this
request to the proponent federal agency that now has custody/control
of this essential evidence of Martian history/culture.

5. Please note that provisions of the U. S. Freedom of Information
Act (as amended by the Open Government Act of 2007) entitle me, in my
RNM requester status, to automatic waiver of all records-search/review
fees incident to your fulfilling this request.

6. By USPS mail, I'm sending to you a signed printout of this
e-formatted letter.

== Blow the Whistle on NASA's Knowledge of Habitable Structures on Mars! ==

As now posted on the web site of
http://www.rense.com/political/weapons/remote.htm , the following
excerpt from a statement by renowned "remote viewer" (RV) Joseph W.
McMoneagle ( http://www.mceagle.com ) offers prospective
whistleblowers the opportunity not just to provide confirmatory
evidence of McMoneagle's account but also to expose the apparent
cover-up by the U. S. National Aeronautics and Space Administration of
its role in McMoneagle's RV session at the Virginia-based Monroe
Institute some years ago ( http://www.monroeinstitute.org ):

"When we started the session, they [Institute staffers] read the
target coordinates to me, and my first perception was of a pyramid. I
started describing this pyramid, which I assumed to be in Egypt, but
it didn't make sense to me, because I was describing corridors and
rooms that I knew didn't exist in the Egyptian pyramids. So I
described all seven targets in detail. The first six I described
correctly, but I messed up on the seventh one because I was getting
tired. Everybody was mystified by what was going on, because it was
apparent that we were looking at archaeological sites. When I came
out of the remote viewing room, they asked me what I thought about the
civilization that had built these particular monuments. I told them
the people were much larger than human beings and that their culture
was very, very old. That was when I was told what the targets were.
The man from NASA was absolutely blown away because I had provided
correct detailed information on the first six of seven targets Only he
knew what was at each of these locations."

If you (or someone you know) now find it propitious to come forward
with first-hand testimony/documentation on this case of interest to
one or more congressional committees, you may do so by contacting me
at: Larry W. Bryant, 3518 Martha Custis Drive, Alexandria, VA 22302;
phone: 703-931-3341; e-mail: overtci@cavtel.net . NASA needs to
tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth about this
pivotal archeological Mars exploration via remote viewing. In that
regard, I'm sending a freedom-of-information request to NASA
headquarters in Washington, D. C., for full access to all
NASA-generated and NASA-received records pertaining to that agency's
RV role; contents of that request are being posted as Item 2.109 of my
blog at http://ufoview.posterous.com . Readers desiring direct

Item 2.108: Update on Peckman's Mayoral Candidacy

LWB Note:  The Paradigm Research Group's e-mail excerpt below from Stephen Bassett's 30 Apr 11 note to the PRG listserv commends Jeff Peckman's latest effort to bring serious political attention to UFO-E.T. awareness.  After that update appears the text of Peckman's 28 Apr 11 e-message to HIS e-correspondents. (This notice also now is cross-posted upon my online newsletter at http://tinyletter.com/ufoview-updates .  Readers of this blog are welcome to visit the newsletter's site and to enter their e-subscriptions for its free content.)

Jeff Peckman's Denver Mayoral Campaign
Exopolitical activist Jeff Peckman has conducted an excellent advocacy campaign getting considerable media coverage.   He has represented the ET issue well and shown he can hold his own against any of the candidates.  The Denver mayoral election takes place on May 3.   Put in a good world for Jeff to your Denver friends.  Whatever the outcome, Jeff has once again shown the way for others to step forward and engage the UFO/ET issue in the political arena.

For Immediate Release:

“Cowboys and Aliens" theme could help proposed new stock show complex.

Adding an extraterrestrial theme to the proposed new National Western Stock Show complex and Gaylord Entertainment’s western-themed hotel would create an exciting new economic engine for Denver. Consider these simple facts:

1. Kids love “aliens”, as all parents know

2. There are now many more extraterrestrial themed movies and television shows than cowboy shows airing

3. In June, legendary film directors Steven Spielberg and Ron Howard will release blockbuster movies on the extraterrestrial theme. Spielberg’s is “Super 8” and Howard’s is “Cowboys and Aliens”.

4. Steven Spielberg was a co-founder of DreamWorks

5. Gaylord Entertainment just announced a partnership with DreamWorks

6. According to a Reuters-Ipsos poll in April 2011 done with 23,000 adults in 22 countries, 20% “believe that aliens walk among us disguised as humans.”

7. Over 31,100 Denver voters supported the November 2010 ballot initiative to create an Extraterrestrial Affairs Commission.

The solution is obvious. Denver should work with Gaylord Entertainment and the National Western Stock Show to incorporate an extraterrestrial- themed attraction. Then another partner could build a hotel on Denver’s side of the county line. A future stage of expansion would be a spaceport nearby like the one Richard Branson is building in New Mexico. Then there is the opportunity to establish an advanced technology park to exploit extraterrestrial technologies. To some extent this has already been done for decades by the private sector as revealed by high level whistle-blowers formerly with the military and government contractors.

Millions of people have visited Washington, D.C.’s National Air and Space Museum. One of the most popular features is the moon rock that they have touched. An exhibit or cultural facility featuring pieces of advanced technology from extraterrestrial cultures would be an overnight and perpetual sensation.

There are verified pieces of physical evidence from civilizations outside of our solar system and galaxy. Some are in the hands of private citizens in the U.S. There are hundreds of hours of related eye-witness testimony, photos, videotapes, and art work offering compelling evidence about these visitors. Ancient Aliens is the most popular program ever aired on the History Channel.

Kelly Brough of the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce was quoted in the October 29, 2010, Wall Street Journal as saying “We are open for business to all other planets.” That is exactly the right kind of unbounded perspective that all stakeholders in economic development need to have.

Since the vote on Initiative 300 to create the Extraterrestrial Affairs Commission, four major conferences around the world have had presentations and discussions about extraterrestrial life. This is the most important discussion going on at the highest levels of science, business, government, and religion. Denver is poised to lead the world in that discussion and in economic development based on the extraterrestrial theme. It just takes an open mind and thinking big. Denver’s political leaders need to seize the opportunity and not act like helpless victims.
