Item 2.28: Time for a Senatorial Probe into the Ike-in-a-Can Story
U. S. Senate
Washington, DC 20510 FROM: Larry W. Bryant
3518 Martha Custis Drive
Alexandria, VA 22302 DATE: March 21, 2009 One of your constituents, a man named "Bob," is expected soon to deliver a length of film footage to syndicated talk-show host George Noory for his analysis and duplication. As Bob describes in the below-quoted transcript of his Feb. 3, 2009, on-air phone call to Noory's program, Coast-to-Coast AM, the film in question allegedly shows President Eisenhower and aviation pioneer Howard Hughes inspecting certain UFO artifacts and alien, stretcher-borne crew members within a warehouse. Bob's discovery may hold the ultimate key to UFO-E.T. reality, which researchers worldwide have been exploring for more than 60 years. Efforts toward authentication of the film's content would pose such questions as -- (1) What agencies/officials were privy to this Ike-UFO-E.T. connection from its inception? (2) By what authority and justification did these officials proceed to cover up the film's contents and all official records relating to the incident depicted? (3) If Bob's cache of film represents only a copy of the original film, where (and why) is the original version being kept from public view today? (4) Who had been the original owner/custodian of Bob's copy (and what was his/her former governmental affiliation) at the time Bob acquired possession? (5) Today, what proprietary interest in the film does any federal entity have -- and what is the rationale for that interest? (6) As the film's current owner, to what government official(s) should Bob look for protection of HIS proprietary interest? Were they to be addressed publicly by a Senate committee hearing, these questions and other related ones could help pry the lid off whatever the Eisenhower administration learned about UFO-E.T. reality. Besides exercising its subpoena power to obtain testimony and revelatory documentation from available witnesses, the committee could ferret out corroborative evidence from other prospective whistleblowers besides "caller Bob." Accordingly, I ask that you refer this inquiry to the appropriate Senate committee chair so as to have his/her staff invite "caller Bob" to share his evidence with them. To help coordinate this pivotal action on Bob's behalf - and on behalf of all persons having a stake in determining the range and impact of this potentially historical development - I seek from the committee's staff their immediate commitment to work with Mr. Noory's C2C staff ( http://www.coasttocoastam.com ) in protecting and advancing both Bob's and the public's interests in this matter. Note: neither Bob nor the C2C management seeks any profitability from his disclosure. By snail-mail, I'm sending to you a signed printout of this e-formatted letter. Thank you for attending to this (heretofore unavailable) opportunity for achieving full, unadulterated UFOtruth.

http://ufoview.posterous.com == TEXT OF C2C CALLER "BOB'S" ACCOUNT ON 3 FEB 09 == [LWB Note: at the last minute of the guest segment's final hour, wherein guest Whitley Strieber and host Noory fielded listeners' calls, a man named "Bob" (from east of the Rockies) gives this account.] Hello, Mr. Noory. I have a unique - unique - situation to volunteer. I'm in the military, and I monitor satellite cameras. What I've got to tell you is based on UFOs - uh, very unique situation: I have acquired eighteen canisters - reel-to-reel film, military film, based in the forties, early fifties. Uh, I inherited it. [Noory: 16-mil, black-and-white?] They're black-and-white; I had a [garbled] on the majority of them. The cans show military insignia like eagles and stuff like that. [Noory: Have you looked at the film yet, Bob?] I have looked at a few of them. Uh, what I've seen so far scares me to death. [Noory: of what? - give us a quick glimpse.] Uh, we gonna have to talk off the air at some point in time; it's not . . .. [Noory, interrupting: I'm gonna have you give Tom your phone number if that's okay.] What I've seen so far on the ones that I've looked at - well, back to the first one that I looked at showed President Eisenhower and, uh, the, uh, that eccentric guy, he, uh, that had the airplanes - what was his name? - the one who went into seclusion. [Strieber: Oh, Howard Hughes.] Howard Hughes in a warehouse, looking around and, uh, people laying on stretchers (and they weren't from this earth). [Noory: Oh, my gosh; all right, look . . ..] I want to stop there and . . .. [Noory, interrupting: Bob, I'm putting you on hold, we're gonna get your phone number and we will talk at length. Could be fascinating. Whitley, my friend, stay in touch. [Strieber: thank you very much, George, as always . . ..]
